NCAA Photos Men's Cross Country 11/16/2025 3:03:11 PM NCAA Cross Country Championships Qualifiers Revealed Official NCAA Release INDIANAPOLIS--Five men’s teams and two women’s squads from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) have qualified for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships that will be held at Roger Milliken Cross Country course at the Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, S.C., on Nov. 22. In the men’s championship, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-Platteville, UW-Stevens Point and UW-Whitewater secured bids into the 32-team field. The Eagles received an automatic bid by winning the NCAA Division III North Regional, while the Blugolds, Pioneers, Pointers and Warhawks earned at-large spots. UW-La Crosse – the defending national champion – will compete in event for the 42nd time in program history, while UW-Stevens Point is making its 23rd appearance, UW-Eau Claire its 13th, UW-Whitewater its 11th and UW-Platteville its ninth. UW-Oshkosh’s Trent Chadwick, Cameron Cullen and Paul Proteau will participate as individuals. In the women’s race, UW-La Crosse secured an automatic bid into the 32-team field by winning the NCAA Division III North Regional. UW-Eau Claire picked up an at-large bid. This will mark the 40th appearance for the Eagles and 20th for the Blugolds. UW-River Falls’ Laina Viere will participate as an individual. The national championship will be held hosted by Converse University (S.C.) and OneSpartanburg, Inc. The men’s race will begin at 10 a.m. (eastern) and be followed by the women’s race will begin at 11 a.m. (eastern). # # # # #
