Seventeen Named To CSC Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Team

MADISON, Wis.--Seventeen Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) individuals have been named to the 2022-23 NCAA Division III Academic All-District® Women’s Tennis Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators.
 
Individuals from the WIAC receiving the honor included: UW-La Crosse’s Kellie Hierl, Susi Hu and Katie Kearney; UW-River Falls’ Alexis Budzinski, Kailey Courteau and Chloe Struss; UW-Stevens Point’s Grace Henes, Jenna Koepp, Chloe Leithold and Faith Leithold; UW-Stout’s Madeline Binczak, Lauren Couves, Kyrstin Hanson and Anna Kent; and UW-Whitewater’s Courtney Day and Kasey Schlicht.

To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at her current institution.
 
To be eligible for the Academic All-District® and Academic All-America® award, a student-athlete must carry a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale, must be a starter or important reserve who has participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests at the position listed on the nomination form (where applicable) and must have completed one full calendar year at their current institution and is at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
