The segments will be posted every Thursday and individuals are selected by the institution. The WIAC Student-Athlete Spotlights are presented by Culver's. (Green Bay Southwest High School) Year in school: 4th Year Junior Sport: Men’s Basketball Major: Accounting Minor: Finance Why did you choose UW-Whitewater? I loved the atmosphere and community. I had familiarity with the school because my father played football here, and I had the opportunity to play a collegiate sport. What other clubs/organizations on campus are you involved in? Student-Athletic Advisory Council and Accounting Society. What causes do you care about? Mental health awareness and expanding heart research for athletes. What do you like most about competing in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and being a NCAA Division III student-athlete? The relationships you create and the team atmosphere are important to me. Competing in the WIAC is also very challenging as it is always competitive and there are no easy games. Three things on your "bucket list"? ---Vacation in the Bahamas. ---Attend a Drake concert. ---Go to the Super Bowl. A non-athletic talent that you have is? I have a great memory.
