Four Programs Receive NABC Team Academic Excellence Award; 26 Collect Honors Court Recognition

KANSAS CITY, Mo.
--Four Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) programs earned a Team Academic Award from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), while 26 conference individuals secured a spot on the Honors Court for the 2024-25 academic year.
 
University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Platteville and UW-River Falls received the team award for accumulating a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
 
UW-Eau Claire’s Mitchell Casper, Cade Hall, Logan Ketterhagen, Caiden Lecce, Carter Lichtsinn and Andre Renta; UW-Oshkosh’s Matt Imig, Jonah Rindfleisch, Reed Seckar and Carter Thomas; UW-Platteville’s Max Love, Logan Pearson, Ben Probst and Kobe Smit; and UW-River Falls’ Mason Anderson, Riley Ashburn, Nick DeLuca, Charlie Herrick, Zac Johnson, Jack Leifker, Regan Merritt, Dylan Parker, Mateo Renta, Sean Sullivan, Jeremy Wanguhu and Bennett Wright.
 
The NABC Honors Court includes graduate student, senior and junior student-athletes who finished the 2024-25 academic year with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher.
