UW-River Falls Receives NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey Bid

INDIANAPOLIS--Two-time defending national champion University of Wisconsin-River Falls will participate in the NCAA Division III Women’s Ice Hockey Championship.

UW-River Falls (27-1) claimed an at-large bid into the 13-team field and will host the winner of the Plattsburgh State (N.Y.) (20-6-1) and Williams College (Mass.) (17-4-5) in the quarterfinals on March 21. UW-River Falls will make its seventh straight NCAA appearance and 17th overall.

The national semifinals and championship will be held March 27 and 29.
