The WIAC established a Hall of Fame to coincide with the conference's celebration of its 100th anniversary, which took place during the 2012-13 academic year. Additional Hall of Fame banquets were held in 2015, 2018 and 2022. The Hall of Fame is intended to provide for the recognition of those individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conference and to help preserve the storied history of the WIAC and its member institutions. Just as importantly, the WIAC Hall of Fame shall serve as an on-going source of celebration, inspiration and nostalgia, as well as a means of introducing the future to the past.
