Women's Indoor Track and Field 7/23/2025 10:35:35 AM Seven Programs Claim USTFCCCA Women’s All-Academic Team Recognition; UW-La Crosse’s Jarrett Leads 81 Individual Selections Official USTFCCCA Releases ATLANTA--Seven Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) women’s track & field programs have received All-Academic Team honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2024-25 academic year. In addition, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Lauren Jarrett was tabbed the Women’s Outdoor Track Scholar Athlete of the Year to lead 81 WIAC individuals receiving honors. Programs receiving All-Academic Team recognition for compiling at least a 3.10 grade point average included: UW-Eau Claire (3.59), UW-La Crosse (3.58), UW-Oshkosh (3.5), UW-Platteville (3.536), UW-River Falls (3.5), UW-Stevens Point (3.34) and UW-Stout (3.527). Jarrett received the individual award after winning the 100- and 200-meter dash at the NCAA outdoor championship. She sustains a 3.61 grade point average. To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.30 and met at least one of the following athletic standards: have finished the indoor or outdoor season ranked in the national top 50 of an individual event or in the national top 35 of a relay event on the official NCAA Descending Order list on TFRRS; or competed in the NCAA indoor or outdoor championship. # # # # #
