UW-Eau Claire’s Wallen and UW-Stevens Point’s Trant Secure All-America Honors At NCAA Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship

GREENSBORO, N.C.--University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Blake Wallen and UW-Stevens Point’s Declan Trant secured All-America recognition at the NCAA Division III Men’s Swimming & Diving Championship that was held at Greensboro Aquatic Center March 20-22.
 
Wallen secured All-America Second Team accolades after placing 16th in both the one- and three-meter diving events. He posted a score of 418.80 in the one-meter competition and had a 425.70 on the three-meter board.
 
Trant also earned All-America Second Team status after finishing 11th in the one-meter event with a score of 432.90. He narrowly missed recognition in the three-meter competition after finishing 17th.
 
Denison University (Ohio) won its sixth national championship with 463.50 points. The Old Dominion Athletic Conference and the Greensboro Aquatic Center served as hosts of the national event.
