UW-Stevens Point's Pilecky and UW-Eau Claire's Dahlk Named WIAC Kwik Trip Women's Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week

MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point's Anna Pilecky and UW-Eau Claire's Sarah Dahlk have been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Kwik Trip Women's Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week for the week of Jan. 24 - 30.

Pilecky (Sr., DeForest, Wis./DeForest) broke the UW-La Crosse pool record in the 1,000-yard freestyle, while winning the event with a time of 10:37.92, a 41-second margin of victory. She also won the 500-yard freestyle by more than 12 seconds with a time of 5:16.90.
 
Dahlk (Sr., Verona, Wis./Middleton) won both boards in a dual meet against UW-Whitewater on Jan. 29. She achieved NCAA zone cuts on both the one-meter and three-meter boards. Dahlk broke a school record set 27 years ago for a dual meet score on the three-meter plank with a conference-leading score of 307.4
