UW-Eau Claire's Ruden Named WIAC Kwik Trip Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week

MADISON, Wis.--University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Jessie Ruden has been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Kwik Trip Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 29 - Dec. 5.

Ruden (Jr., G, Rochester, Minn./John Marshall) led the Blugolds to a pair of conference wins during the week. Ruden went 6-9 from the 3-point line against No. 20-ranked UW-Oshkosh. She also went 100% from the line with six rebounds and six assists to finish with 21 points. Against UW-Stevens Point, Ruden went 3-5 from the 3-point line with five boards and five assists - totaling 15 points. Ruden is leading the conference in ppg, 3-pt field goal percentage, 3-pt field goals per game, and assists.
