Thirty-Nine Named To CSC Academic All-District® Softball Team

MADISON, Wis.--Thirty-nine Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) individuals have been named to the 2026 NCAA Division III Academic All-District® Softball Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators.
 
University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Claire Beck, Norah Kutnink, Paige Lathrop, Molly Marquardt and Lauren Trottier; UW-La Crosse’s Josie Flom, Brooke Howard, Carmen Follette, Kaeley Niemiec and Lindsay Steien; UW-Oshkosh’s Olivia Baugnet, Amanda Martineck, Grace Nardi, Olivia Ullman and Mary Kate Quaid; UW-Platteville’s Rylee Broshous, Carlie Jo Brownlee, Melissa Dietz, Allison Peters and Greta Volkening; UW-River Falls’ Grace Gardner, Caitlyn Kressel, Lacie Lilyquist and Brooklyn VanGruensven; UW-Stevens Point’s Rachael Madsen, Trinity Otto, Kodi Rizzo, Kaitlyn Roberts and Hailee Thompson; UW-Stout’s Abbey Dusterhoft, Elly Holden, Stephanie Kuhn, Jennalyn Mallmann and Sarah Wilkins; and UW-Whitewater’s Bella Eggert, Josie Hammen, Danica Peshia, Kaitlyn Weidemann and Maggie Ward.
 
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at her current institution, compete in 90 percent of the institution’s games played or start in at least 66 percent of the institution’s games (for pitchers, it is 17 appearances or 25 innings pitched), and is at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
