Women's Outdoor Track and Field 5/30/2025 9:37:50 AM WIAC Sweeps USTFCCCA Women’s North Region Accolades Official USTFCCCA Release NEW ORLEANS--Individuals from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) have swept the women’s North Region awards from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2025 outdoor track & field season. University of Wisconsin-La Crosse’s Lauren Jarrett was tabbed the Track Athlete of the Year, while UW-Oshkosh’s Brenna Masloroff received Field Athlete of the Year honors. UW-La Crosse’s Nickolas Davis was named the Coach of the Year and UW-La Crosse’s Katie Wagner secured Assistant Coach of the Year distinction. Jarrett dazzled at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship, winning the 100- and 200-meter dash, and toting the baton on the winning 4×100-meter relay that set an NCAA Division III record of 45.20 seconds. She equaled the meet record in the 200-meter dash of 23.44 seconds and moved up to No. 2 on the NCAA Division III all-time chart. Earlier in the season, Jarrett took down the NCAA Division III record in the 100-meter dash with her 11.23 seconds winning effort at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif. Masloroff finished runner-up in both the hammer and shot at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship. Earlier in the season, Masloroff scored 20 points in throwing events at the WIAC Championship, which included a victory in the hammer, runner-up finish in the shot and seventh-place effort in the discus. Davis secured the award for the fourth consecutive year after leading the Eagles to a third-place team finish at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship. UW-La Crosse also won the team title at the WIAC Championship, securing 11 events. Wagner claimed the honor for the third time in her career (2014, 2021), after coaching the Eagles’ sprinters, hurdlers and relays to account for 35 of the team’s 38 points in taking third place at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship. Top pupil Lauren Jarrett swept the 100- and 200-meter dash, and ran a leg on the Division III-record breaking 4×100-meter relay team.
