Luke Schroeder, Senior (Green Bay, Wis./Ashwaubenon), of UW-La Crosse
At the University of Minnesota Gary Wilson Invitational, Schroeder finished third overall in the 200-meter dash with a time of 20.78 seconds. He was the top non-NCAA I finisher in the 200-meter dash and the third fastest time in NCAA Division III so far this season. Then in the prelims at the Drake Relays, Schroeder broke an NCAA Division III record in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 13.58 seconds. He followed that up with a time of 13.68 seconds in the finals to finish first in the hurdles. Also at the Drake Relays, Schroeder anchored the 4x100-meter relay which finished second with a time of 39.88 seconds.

During the Blugolds' Dick and Mary Johnson Invitational, Stankiewicz took first overall in the shot put with his throw of 59-1 1/4 (18.01m). In the discus, he placed third overall with a throw of 167-5 (51.03m). The throw is third in the WIAC and 14th in NCAA Division III. In the championships division at the Drake Relays, Stankiewicz took third overall in the shot put with his final throw of 65-3 1/4 (18.37m) that currently ranks first in the WIAC and third in NCAA Division III.

Competing at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge, Postler set the school record in the 400-meter hurdles with a first-place time of 51.04 seconds. His record-setting finish ranks first overall in the WIAC and in NCAA Division III. Blake also set the school record in the 110-meter hurdles with a top finish of 13.99 seconds that ranks sixth overall in NCAA Division III and second in the WIAC.

Balcome had a record-breaking performance to win the men's decathlon at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge April 16-17, totaling 7,195 points to surpass his own school record and move into the top wind-legal mark in NCAA Division III this season. Balcome recorded five event victories over the two-day competition, taking first in the 100-meter hurdles (15.01 seconds), high jump (1.93m), pole vault (4.25m), shot put (12.76m), and 1500m (4:29.51), while adding runner-up finishes in the 400-meter dash and discus.

In not great weather conditions at the Bethel University (Minn.) Invitational, Schroeder ran a time of 13.84 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles. This time breaks a 20-year old UW-La Crosse record of 13.98 seconds. His time ranks first on the WIAC Honor Roll and third on the NCAA Division III Honor Roll.

In not great weather conditions at the Ashton May Invitational on April 3, Schroeder ran a time of 14.19 seconds in the 110-meter hurdles. This time is the top time this season in the WIAC and second on the NCAA III Honor Roll while ranking fourth all-time at UW-La Crosse.

Fritsch won a pair of events in his first outdoor meet of the season, claiming the top spot in the discus and hammer throw at the UW-La Crosse Ashton May Invitational on April 3. His 160-3 (48.85m) mark in the discus ranks No. 20 in NCAA Division III this season, while his 192-11 (58.80m) throw in the hammer ranks sixth.

Murphy finished sixth in the 10,000-meter run at the WashU Distance Carnival with a personal best and school record time of 29:26.25. He has the top time in the conference and is sixth nationally.
