11:15 am - 12:15 pm:  Coaches Meeting in Room 161
11:30 am:   Athletic Training Room Opens for Flight B
12:40-1:00 pm:  Flight A: Open Stretch (Lower Gyms)
1:00-1:20 pm:  Flight B: Open Stretch (Lower Gyms)
1:05-1:15 pm:  Flight A: Line Tumble (Fieldhouse)
1:20-1:35 pm:   Flight A: Warm-up First Rotation* (Lower Gyms)
1:25-1:35 pm:   Flight B: Line Tumble (Fieldhouse)
1:40-1:55 pm:   Prepare For March-In
2:00-2:15 pm:   March-In
2:20-2:25 pm:   Flight A: 5 Minute Touch** (Fieldhouse)
2:30-2:45 pm (approx):   Flight B:  Warm-Up First Rotation* (Lower Gyms)
6:15 pm (approx.):  Awards Ceremony

*Warm Ups:  15 minutes per rotation in order of competition with 2 minute rotation time

**Competition:  4 minute touch prior to competition on each event per team except for the first rotation for Flight A gets 5 minute touch

Transition Time:  2-minute transition period between the practice gym and competition gym shall commence when all teams are in their respective gym. During the 2-minute transition, warm-up activities that involve mounting the vault table, uneven bars, and balance beam as well as tumbling passes on the floor exercise are not permitted. Gymnasts are allowed to use matting around the apparatus to stretch, invert, and prepare as needed. On floor exercise, jumping, bouncing, running, stretching type of warmup activity is allowed however gymnastics skills are not allowed on the floor exercise. Gymnasts may use the vault runway to prepare for the warmup on the vault.

Rotation (based on Seasonal Average Scoring (SAS) Rankings on the Monday two weeks prior to the event. Coaches chose their event with the No. 1 ranked team going first and so on until all teams were assigned to a rotation)
