Emma Lawrence, Junior (Benton, Wis./Benton-Scales-Mound-Shullsburg), of UW-La Crosse
Lawrence competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the Drake Relays, running a career-best 1:00.37 in the preliminaries. Her time ranks second in school history. It is also first on this year's NCAA Division III Honor Roll. Lawrence was a member of a pair of top-six finishing relays at the Drake Relays on April 30. She joined Jessica Stelzner, Haley Durst, and Emily Dawidowich in the fifth-place 4x100-meter relay (47.73 seconds). Lawrence was a member of the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:52.38) with Amber Johnson, Katie Banie and Mara Schroeder.

Hicks won the discus with a throw of 161-5 (49.21m) at UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet on April 29. The throw is first in NCAA Division III and the conference. It is over 5 meters better than the second-best throw in the conference.

Zastrow won the 100-meter hurdles at the UW-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge with a time of 14.05 seconds, breaking her own school record. That time ranks first in the conference and first in NCAA Division III.

Leahy won the shot put & discus competition at the Augustana College (Ill.) Meet of Champions on April 23. Her throw in the shot put of 50-4 (15.34m) is the sixth-best throw in NCAA Division III history. The mark ranks first on the NCAA Division III Performance List by over 2 feet. She also won the discus competition in a personal best toss of 141-9 (43.20m). That throw ranks No. 13 on the Division III Honor Roll this season.

Gwen Orr, Senior (DeForest, Wis./DeForest), of UW-Platteville
Orr won the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 15, both in school record time. The 100-meter dash time was a .14 second personal best in 11.97 seconds (1.7w). The 200-meter dash time of 24.65 seconds (3.7w) was a .17 second personal best. Both performances are No. 1 in the WIAC, with her 100-meter tied for No. 3 and her 200-meter No. 7 on the NCAA Division III list.

Holland broke her own outdoor school record in the pole vault and finished first out of 25 competitors to help the Warhawks place seventh at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 15. Her height of 12-6 (3.81m) currently leads the WIAC and ranks fourth in NCAA Division III.

Ashton Keene, Senior (Pewaukee, Wis./Pewaukee), of UW-Oshkosh
Keene ran to a school record in the 10,000-meter run as UW-Oshkosh opened its 2022 outdoor season at the Washington University in St. Louis (Mo.) Invitational held April 1-2. Keene broke the UW-Oshkosh 10,000-meter run record with her third-place time of 35:43.87. Keene's performance among the event's 48 runners shattered the previous school record of 36:08.23 set by Hannah Kuenzi in 2016. Emma Walter of Washington University in St. Louis won the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:21.49 while Chloe Figgins of the University of Memphis (Tenn.) finished second in 35:35.90.

Holland broke the program’s nine-year-old school record in the outdoor pole vault and finished first in the event at the UW-Platteville Pioneer Opener on April 2. Her height of 12-5 1/4 (3.79m), the top outdoor mark of her career, currently leads the WIAC and is tied for fourth in NCAA Division III.
