Week of Oct. 25 - 31
Offense

Rachel Younker, Junior (Genoa, Ill./Genoa-Kingston), Midfielder of UW-Stout
Younker scored two goals in the first 15 minutes of the game and UW-Stout made the two-goal advantage stand up in a 2-1 win over UW-Stevens Point on Oct. 30. Younker scored in the sixth minute of the game, then added another unassisted goal in the 15th minute of the game. Younker came into the game with one goal this season and two career goals. She finished the game with two shots, both on net and both goals.

Bennett headed a 4-yard shot into the goal off a Rylie Kaufmann corner kick during the fifth minute (95:18) of overtime as UW-Oshkosh defeated visiting UW-River Falls, 1-0, in the Titans’ regular season finale on Oct. 30. Bennett attempted three shots in the match, including two on goal, while helping limit UW-River Falls to just two shots and three corner kick opportunities. The Falcons had only one shot on goal. UW-Oshkosh’s shutout was its ninth of the season. UW-Oshkosh defeated all seven of its WIAC opponents this season to capture its first outright league championship and second title overall. The Titans concluded the regular season with a 14-2-1 record.

Week of Oct. 18 - 24
Offense

Molly Jackson, Freshman (Appleton, Wis./East), Midfielder of UW-Oshkosh
Jackson scored a pair of goals and assisted on another as visiting UW-Oshkosh overcame a 1-0 deficit to defeat defending WIAC champion UW-Whitewater, 4-1, on Oct. 20. UW-Oshkosh tied the score on Jackson's 25-yard kick and took a 2-1 lead on Maddie Hill's 23-yard boot during the 23rd and 33rd minute of action, respectively. Piper Green assisted on Jackson's goal, while Jackson delivered the key pass on Hill's score. Following another UW-Oshkosh score, Jackson tallied her second goal of the match during the 82nd minute of play. She converted a header from six yards after receiving a pass from Green. The goal was Jackson's fifth of the season and third in three matches. The Titans also registered a 2-1 home victory over UW-La Crosse on Oct. 23. Jackson was held without a shot as UW-Oshkosh won the match to capture at least a share of its second WIAC championship in program history. Jackson played every minute in both matches and was a huge integral piece to the creation of UW-Oshkosh’s attacks.

Mackenzie Bennett, Junior (Geneva, Ill./Geneva), Defender of UW-Oshkosh
Bennett won several battles in the defensive backfield as UW-Oshkosh defeated defending WIAC champion UW-Whitewater and NCAA Division III regionally ranked UW-La Crosse to capture at least a share of its second WIAC championship in program history. The Titans allowed just two goals in recording a 4-1 road victory over UW-Whitewater on Oct. 20, and a 2-1 home win over UW-La Crosse on Oct. 23. During UW-Oshkosh’s triumph over UW-Whitewater, Bennett delivered the key pass on the Titans’ third goal of the match. In the Titans’ win over UW-La Crosse, Bennett gave UW-Oshkosh a 1-0 lead with her 5-yard header off a corner kick launched during the contest’s 64th minute of play.

Week of Oct. 11 - 17
Offense

Elizabeth Klein, Sophomore (Burlington, Wis./Catholic Central), Midfielder of UW-Whitewater
Klein scored two goals and one assist during the week to help the Warhawks to a pair of victories. On Oct. 13 during UW-Whitewater’s 4-0 victory against Carthage College (Wis.), she assisted on a goal in the 47th minute and, just over four minutes later, found the back of the net to up the team’s lead to 3-0. She recorded three shots, including two on goal, and played 41 minutes in the match. On Oct. 16, Klein scored the game-winning goal in the 14th minute of the Warhawks’ 1-0 triumph at UW-Eau Claire. She finished with two shots, both on goal, in her 30 minutes of action.

Pauling helped UW-La Crosse to a 1-0-1 record during the week, improving to 11-2-2 overall. The Eagles allowed seven shots on goal in a 1-1 double overtime tie at Wheaton College (Ill.) on Oct. 13. Pauling made her first career start in UW-La Crosse's 3-1 win at UW-Stout on Oct. 16 to improve to 4-0 in the WIAC. UW-La Crosse held UW-Stout to three shots, including one on goal. The Eagles are 9-1-1 in their last 11 games.

Mackie helped guide the Falcons to a 2-2 comeback draw against UW-Platteville on Oct. 9, scoring her fifth goal of the season. It was her fifth tally in the last four games.

Behnke helped lead UW-La Crosse's defense to a pair of shutout victories. She had a goal in UW-La Crosse's 2-0 win over Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) on Oct. 6, finishing with two shots. Behnke had two shots in a 3-0 victory over UW-Eau Claire on Oct. 9. The Eagles' defense held their two opponents to five shots on goal as they extended their winning streak to four.

Week of Sept. 27 - Oct. 3
Offense

Piper Green, Freshman (Neenah, Wis./Neenah), Midfielder/Forward of UW-Oshkosh
Green scored once in each match as UW-Oshkosh compiled a 1-0-1 record in road contests against Lawrence University (Wis.) and UW-Eau Claire. During UW-Oshkosh’s 1-1 overtime tie against Lawrence University on Sept. 27, Green gave the Titans a 1-0 lead with her goal in the 11th minute of play. In the Titans’ 2-1 victory over UW-Eau Claire on Oct. 2, Green tied the score at one with her goal during the 56th minute of action. Green, who owns five goals on the season, attempted five shots in the two matches.

Playing all 200 minutes, Bennett anchored a UW-Oshkosh defense that allowed just two goals and six shots in road matches against Lawrence University (Wis.) and UW-Eau Claire. The Titans compiled a 1-0-1 record in the two contests, including a 2-1 victory over UW-Eau Claire on Oct. 2. UW-Oshkosh played to a 1-1 overtime tie against Lawrence University on Sept. 27. UW-Oshkosh allowed just two shots (one on goal) to Lawrence University and four (one on goal) to UW-Eau Claire.

Week of Sept. 20 - 26

Anna Brodjian, Senior (Barrington, Ill./Barrington), Forward of UW-Whitewater
Brodjian recorded three goals and one assist for seven points during the week to help the Warhawks to a pair of non-conference wins. On Sept. 22 at Grinnell College (Iowa), she tallied the game-winning goal in the ninth minute and finished with three shots, including two on goal, in 63 minutes during UW-Whitewater’s 4-0 victory. Three days later, she had a hand in each of the Warhawks’ goals in her 64 minutes of action during the team’s 3-1 win against Augsburg University (Minn.) at Fiskum Field. She collected the first goal of the contest in the 23rd minute on a header, then assisted on the game-winning goal by Olivia May in the 27th minute. Brodjian increased UW-Whitewater’s lead to 3-0 in the 63rd minute of the match with a goal, her eighth of the season.

The Eagles handed the Knights their first loss of the season. Nichols had one shot on goal in the game. She then had a shot in UW-La Crosse's 3-2 win over College of St. Scholastica (Minn.) on Sept. 25.

Jackson scored once in each match as UW-Oshkosh defeated regionally ranked University of Dubuque (Iowa), 2-1, on Sept. 15 and previously unbeaten Carroll University (Wis.), 2-0, on Sept. 18. During UW-Oshkosh’s road win over the University of Dubuque, Jackson gave the Titans a 2-0 lead with her goal in the 27th minute of action. She also assisted on UW-Oshkosh’s first score just four minutes into play. In the Titans’ home victory over Carroll University, Jackson put UW-Oshkosh ahead 2-0 with her goal during the 56th minute of activity. Jackson attempted four shots, while playing nearly every minute in the two matches. UW-Oshkosh improved its record to 7-1 with the wins.

Toomey saved eight shots, while allowing just one goal in 180 minutes played as UW-Oshkosh defeated regionally ranked University of Dubuque (Iowa), 2-1, on Sept. 15 and previously unbeaten Carroll University (Wis.), 2-0, on Sept. 18. During UW-Oshkosh’s road win over the University of Dubuque, Toomey saved one shot in each half. The lone goal she allowed sliced the Titans’ lead to 2-1 with 56 minutes to play. In the Titans’ home victory over Carroll University, Toomey blocked all six shots she faced to earn her fourth shutout of the season. Toomey had three saves in each half. UW-Oshkosh improved its record to 7-1 with the wins.

Week of Sept. 6 - 12
Offense

Marissa Steele, Senior (Farmington, Minn./Farmington), Forward of UW-Stout
UW-Stout went 2-0-1 during the week and Steele scored two goals, both of them game-winners, as UW-Stout defeated College of St. Scholastica (Minn.), 3-0, on Sept. 11 and Cornell College (Iowa), 1-0, on Sept. 12. Steele scored in the 36th minute against St. Scholastica, dribbling into the box with a defender shadowing her and scored. Against Cornell, Steele scored UW-Stout’s only goal in the 69th minute, burying a shot from the top of the box. Earlier in the week, the Blue Devils tied Carleton College (Minn.), 1-1, on Sept. 7, After five games, UW-Stout is 4-0-1, with all four wins shutouts.

Kussow helped the team earn their second clean sheet of the year with a 2-0 win over College of Saint Benedict (Minn.)

Hart a goal in each of UW-La Crosse’s first two games of the season as the Eagles started the year with a pair of road victories. She scored in UW-La Crosse's 3-2 win at Luther College (Iowa) on Sept. 1, and in a 4-1 victory at St. Norbert College (Wis.) on Sept. 4. Hart had six shots for the week with five coming on goal.

Kusswurm helped the Warhawks allow only one goal for the week, which included two matches in three days against opponents from Minnesota. On Sept. 3 at College of St. Scholastica (Minn.), she played 72 minutes and finished with one shot to help the Warhawks to a 2-0 shutout win. Two days later, Kusswurm played 84 minutes as the UW-Whitewater defense allowed only one goal against College of Saint Benedict (Minn.).
