AHCA Names 25 As Women’s All-American Scholars

GLOUCESTER, Mass.
--Twenty-five Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) individuals have been recognized as NCAA Division II-III Women’s Krampade All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) for the 2024-25 season.
 
Individuals from the WIAC receiving the distinction included: University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s Samantha Bandholz, Keria Bolt, Ava Bullert, Kara Burke, Kaia Hollingsworth, Madalyn Hulter, Sadie Long and McKenna Sandberg; UW-River Falls’ Katherine Bell, Allisen Carothers, Kenzie Dunn, Megan Goodreau, Olivia Hansen, Brooke Lemke, Cahlilah Lindquist and Bailey Olson; and UW-Stevens Point’s Natalie Ahern, Maddie Andrle, Skyle Arneson, Anne Beck, Avery Engbrecht, Emily Griege, Amanda Pouchnik, Claire Riestenberg and Grace Torma.
 
To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 grade point average for each semester, and had to appear in 40 percent of the team's games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders. Schools are required to be members of the AHCA.
