Greenville University Added As Affiliate Member In Women’s Gymnastics

MADISON, Wis.--The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) will add Greenville University (Ill.) as an affiliate member in women’s gymnastics beginning with the 2026-27 academic year.
 
Greenville University has been competing as an independent since the 2022-23 academic year, and will join conference members University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-Oshkosh, UW-Stout and UW-Whitewater, along with affiliate institutions Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.), Hamline University (Minn.), Simpson College (Iowa) and Winona State University (Minn.).
 
“We are pleased to have Greenville as our 10th member in women’s gymnastics,” said WIAC Commissioner Danielle Harris. “We look forward to the contributions Greenville will bring to our conference and their student-athletes now have championship opportunities.”
 
“Greenville University is thrilled to affiliate its women's gymnastics program with the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference,” said Greenville University Director of Athletics B.J. Schneck. “Since the inception of our program in 2022-23, our women have performed at remarkably high levels. I look forward to this new affiliation to provide them with even greater opportunities for postseason success and a new path to advance as a team to the NCGA national championships.”
