(Fergus Falls High School) Year in school: Senior Sport: Women’s Hockey Major: Exercise Science Why did you choose UW-Eau Claire? I was impressed with the hockey program and its talented players. UW-Eau Claire also offers many top-rated academic programs. What do you like most about competing in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and being a NCAA Division III student-athlete? Winning the Section 6A Championship and earning consolation champion at the 2019 Minnesota State High School Girls Hockey Tournament. What is your favorite thing to do off the court/field with your teammates? I enjoy hanging out, watching hockey, and having some good food with my teammates. Who is someone that you look up to? I have always admired the Lamoureux twins, Monique and Jocelyne, for their outstanding hockey accomplishments and generous character. Do you have any words of advice for younger/upcoming student-athletes? Try to stay in the present and enjoy where you are currently in your youth or high school career. One word that describes you? Determined. What is your dream job? Working for a professional team or design hockey equipment. Three things on your "bucket list"? ---Visit Banff National Park. ---Watch the Masters Tournament at Augusta National. ---Own a wake surf boat. A non-athletic talent that you have is? Lawn care.
