(Pewaukee High School) Year in school: Senior Sport: Women’s Volleyball Major: HR Management Why did you choose UW-Whitewater? I chose to attend Whitewater because of the great business program and tradition of success in their athletic program. What other clubs/organizations on campus are you involved in? I am involved in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). What do you like most about competing in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and being a NCAA Division III student-athlete? My greatest sports moment in college was beating Oshkosh in the conference tournament last year. Before college, my greatest sports moment was serving all 25 points to beat a team 25-0 when I was playing club volleyball. What is your favorite thing to do off the court/field with your teammates? My favorite thing to do with my teammates outside of the court is to go shopping together. Who is someone that you look up to? I look up to my parents because they have always been my role models, and they are always there to support me. Do you have any words of advice for younger/upcoming student-athletes? My advice to younger or upcoming student-athletes is to enjoy the time that you have on the court and with your teammates because the time you have as an athlete goes by fast. You only have four years to be a student-athlete in college so make the most of every moment. One word that describes you? Charismatic. What is your dream job? My dream job is to either be a Chief Human Resources Officer of a company or the VP of HR at a company. Three things on your "bucket list"? ---Travel to all 50 states. ---Travel to Australia. ---Ski in the Swiss Alps. A non-athletic talent that you have is? I can do the worm! Do you have any pre-game/pre-event superstitions or rituals? If so, what are they? I am not super superstitious, but I do try and keep a consistent pregame routine. # # # # #
