From 1998-2001, Michelle Jacob was a member of UW-Stevens Point’s women’s soccer team, leading the Pointers to WIAC titles and NCAA Division III Championship appearances all four seasons. UW-Stevens Point compiled a 74-14-2 record in her four seasons, including a 32-0 mark in conference matches.  

In 2000, the Pointers set a program record with 22 victories and Jacob secured All-WIAC first team honors after recording 10 goals and five assists.  In 2001, she claimed National Soccer Coaches Association of America First Team and WIAC Player of the Year recognition after compiling six goals and five assists.  

She was inducted into the UW-Stevens Point Hall of Fame in 2010.  In 2012, Jacob was named to the WIAC Women’s Soccer All-Time Team in conjunction with the conference’s Centennial Celebration.

Jacob earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and resides in Houghton, Mich.
