The Yellowjackets went 2-0-1 on the road during the week and Royce played a big role in the team’s record and helping them get over .500. On Sept. 24 at Bethel University (Minn.), Royce scored the only goal of the match for the Yellowjackets in a 1-0 win over the Royals. On Sept. 28 in a conference match at UW-Oshkosh, Royce again was the sole provider of offense, scoring the team’s lone goal in a 1-1 tie against the No.11-ranked Titans. On Sept. 29 at Ripon College (Wis.), Royce assisted on the eventual game-winning goal as the Yellowjackets won 2-0.
