Young placed in the top three in three events in a record-setting performance against Hamline University (Minn.) on March 2. Her best finish, second on the balance beam with a score of 9.65, helped the team to a UW-Whitewater record for team beam score. On the uneven bars, she posted a score of 9.35 for third in the meet and her floor routine scored 9.6 in the final rotation for another third. Young helped lead the Warhawks to a team total of 190.175, a new school record, in the team's annual Senior Day competition.
