O’Donnell scored the game-winning goal in a 5-4 overtime win over Hamline University (Minn.) on Jan. 5, and scored three goals in two games.  In a 5-1 triumph over Bethel University (Minn.) on Jan. 4, he scored the game’s first goal 1-minute, 35-seconds into the contest, then added the team’s fourth goal at 15:10 of the second period.  In the win over Hamline, O’Donnell assisted on UW-Stout’s second goal of the game at 17:00 in the first period to put the Blue Devils up 2-1. Hamline took the lead and UW-Stout sent the game into overtime with a goal late in the third period.  O’Donnell gave the Blue Devils the win when he took a pass from Zach Vierling and scored with 33 seconds left in the overtime period. O’Donnell leads UW-Stout in scoring with eight goals and eight assists.
