Filter intercepted two passes in UW-Oshkosh’s 28-13 victory at No. 5-ranked UW-Whitewater on Oct. 20.  Both of Filter’s takeaways came during the second quarter.  On the opening play of the period, Filter made a diving grab at his own seven-yard line.  Less than eight minutes later, Lee Brekke tossed a pass down the left sideline that Filter tipped to himself.  Filter returned the interception 19 yards to the UW-Whitewater 30. The Titans used that field position to score a touchdown moments later and gain a 21-0 lead.  Filter, who has five interceptions on the season, also made six tackles (five solo) in the contest.  He helped the Titan defense allow just 53 yards and one first down in the opening half.
