Scray won his first two starts of the season, finishing 2-0 with a 0.68 earned run average. He earned a 6-1 win over the University of St. Thomas (Minn.) on March 5, going 6.1 innings, allowing five hits, one run and three walks while striking out five. Scray then earned a 5-3 victory over Concordia University-Chicago (Ill.) on March 10, pitching 7.0 innings, allowing six hits, one run (unearned) and two walks with six strikeouts.
