Oman played a key role in a pair of down-to-the-wire wins during the week as UW-Stout finished their season on a three-game winning streak, hitting a 3-pointer as the buzzer sounded in regulation to tie No. 12-ranked UW-Stevens Point, and UW-Stout went on to a 67-64 overtime win, and hit the go-ahead free throws in a 71-68 win over UW-Oshkosh. Against the Pointers and Stout trailing, 60-57, Oman took the inbound pass, took two dribbles towards center court and connected on a 50-foot, 3-point shot to send the game into overtime. In overtime, Oman hit an early 3-pointer to pull UW-Stout to within one point. Oman, who did not start the game and was doubtful because of illness, finished the game with 20 points, eight rebounds and three steals. Against the Titans, Oman matched a career-high 28 points, and scored what would prove to be the game-winning points when he hit a pair of free throws with 15 seconds left to put UW-Stout up, 69-68. Oman scored 19 of his points in the second half and scored nine points in the final 5:30 of the game when UW-Stout was down by six points. In addition to his 28 points, Oman had five rebounds and one steal.
