Kulchytskyy improved his record to 20-1 on the season by winning the 157-pound weight class at UW-Oshkosh’s Dan Gable Open held Dec. 11. He went unbeaten in three contests. Kulchytskyy took the title with a pin in 1:36 of Northern Illinois University's Matt Frisch in the championship contest. Kulchytskyy also defeated Ramiro Rojas of Calumet College of St. Joseph (Ind.), 17-2, and pinned Eddie Breen on Northern Illinois University in 4:08.
