Bostwick won two of her three contests at No. 1 singles to help UW-Oshkosh post a 2-1 record in dual meets against UW-River Falls, UW-La Crosse and Winona State University (Minn.). Bostwick defeated both of her WIAC opponents, ousting Jenny Paxton of UW-River Falls by a 2-6, 6-2 (11-9) score on Sept. 30 and Jenny Maruyama of UW-La Crosse by a 6-2, 5-0 result on Oct. 1. Her efforts helped UW-Oshkosh beat UW-River Falls, 8-1, and UW-La Crosse, 6-3. In UW-Oshkosh’s 6-3 loss to Winona State University on Oct. 1, Bostwick dropped a 4-6, 6-4 (10-8) decision to Leah Daul.
