Roach averaged 26.8 yards on six kickoff returns as UW-Oshkosh dropped a 34-28 decision to seventh-ranked Central College (Iowa) on Sept. 4. Roach had kickoff returns of 42, 19, 14, 24, 9 and 53 against the Dutch. His returns of 9, 14 and 53 yards helped set up UW-Oshkosh touchdowns. Roach also rushed eight times for 26 yards and caught one pass for 10 yards in the contest.
