Niemann scored four points in two games during the weekend. On Friday at Bethel University (Minn.), he scored both goals in a 2-0 Pointer win. Niemann’s first goal was on a power play midway through the first period, while his second came on another power play with 2:43 left in the game. On Saturday at No. 15-ranked Hamline University (Minn.), he had an assist on the opening goal 15 minutes into the first period. Midway through the second period, Niemann assisted on the Pointers’ third goal of the game in a 5-1 UW-Stevens Point victory.
