After missing three straight contests with an injury, Starnes returned to the UW-Oshkosh starting line-up and scored the winning goal in the Titans’ 2-0 victory over Carleton College (Minn.) on Oct. 24. The home match involved two regionally ranked NCAA Division III squads by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Starnes scored on his only shot against Carleton College for his seventh goal of the season. Starnes did not play in UW-Oshkosh’s 1-0 victory over Ripon College on Oct. 19 in Oshkosh. UW-Oshkosh entered the week ranked No. 12 in the NCAA Division III by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
